  22. TMS416400 is the correct number for a 4Mx4 4k refresh TI DRAM.  Other companies
  23. use the number 5116400.  If ZyXEL has listed it as 461400 I suspect
  24. it's a typo, because that's not a TI DRAM number.

  26. Manufacturers like TI won't sell you a small quantity of DRAM.  You'll have 
  27. to try a distributor (Wyle, Anthem, Insight, etc.), or maybe an electronics
  28. recycler (like America II).  Sorry, I don't know any phone numbers.
